Our class is called Megaformer, we are the first studio in Abu Dhabi that offering this type of training. It is a 45-minute class and it is ideal for beginners to advance levels especially if you are looking to get in shape in a short amount of time. This high-intensity, low-impact multifaceted method delivers exceptional results in a remarkable amount of time due to its unique combination of the following in every class: Strength, Cardio, Endurance, Core, Balance & Flexibility. By combining all of these, you will be able to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body in just a few classes, making Lagree Fitness the superior approach to full-body conditioning for both men and women. This class will work through your muscle strength, cardio, and balance at the same time, making it perfect for all the people who practice other sports and activities such as Horse Riding. Many celebrities in other countries are using the same type of training.

There is no similarity between Lagree and Pilates.
